SBM's delivery service is exemplary. When delivering a large order of copy paper, Mike and Nick didn't just drop the paper at the entry door as other companies would. They asked where we would like them to place it and did so with a positive attitude. Very few delivery people would go the extra nine yards as they have. Great job!
